It is adjusted that adding of NA allows controlling association degree of the dye. It is adjusted that Cyan-bTh reacts with DNA according to the channel bonding mechanism; along with this absorption spectrum and luminescence spectrum of the dye have very complicated character. Interpretation of all bands in spectrum was carried out.
