Peculiarities of synthesized dyes aggregation in DMSO binary solutions were researched: Water (90 %). It is shown that aggregation tendency decreases in C18>C9>C2 row; along with this hydrophobic properties of dyes are very important. For JC-1 dye luminescent associate formations (J-units) in binary solutions with big water content are adjusted.
