Methods of investigation: research carried out with application of methods of mathematical simulation of the chemical-technological process and receptions of the physicochemical analysis. The obtained samples were researched by methods of a thermo gravimetric, roentgenophotography of the analysis, IK-SPECTROSCOPY and sub microscopy. Results of investigation: is carried out theoretical and experimental substantiations of all stages of manufacture nanodisperse powders of the stabilized dioxide of zirconium. In detail surveyed processes of polymerization tetramer of complexes Zr(IV) and known models of creation of particles to oxyhydroxide of zirconium. The detected reasons of high activity of oxyhydroxides of zirconium and carried out researches of influence dehydrating of organic dissolvent on dispersible metrics of oxyhydroxides and oxides of zirconium at their heat treatment. On the basis of theobtained data the designed circuit of optimal parameters of the process of synthesis nanodisperse powders of the stabilized dioxide of zirconium. Is shown, that at manufacture nanodisperse powders the obligatory stage of the process is their acquisition. It is offered to carry out acquisition nanodisperse powders of the stabilized dioxide of zirconium by a method роспылительного of drying. Worked exploratory batches of powders of a dioxide of zirconium stabilized by oxides yttrium, scandium and cerium which were tested in Institute of problems materials science NAS of Ukraine.
