The purpose of the work: - Preparation of national standards of Ukraine, harmonized with international ones according,- formation of the home market of Ukraine according to obligations, stipulated by the Agreement on partnership and collaboration of Ukraine to the European Union concerning the harmonization of the national legislation with European one, - checking of interstate standards existing in Ukraine. Five national standard drafts harmonized with international standards, the conclusions and proposals for 34 interstate standards prepared till 1992 were made up. The results of NDR can be used by Ukrainian enterprises e during testing of carbon products, and also by central executive bodies s in the field of standardization for the further bringing the normative base of Ukraine in compliance with modern requirements, its optimization and improvement.
