A research object is clinical, epidemiological, morphological aspects of mixed Trichomonas vaginalis and bacterial infection. Research methods are clinical researches of patients on mixed Trichomonas vaginalis and bacterial infection, bacterioscopycal and bacteriological researches quantitative and quality composition of microflora of urogenital tract, immunological researches of identify of concentration of immunoproteins (IgG, IgA, IgM and sIgA), in the serum of blood and identify of concentration sIg A in the secret of genital tract, statistical researches. The epidemiological the mixed Trichomonas vaginalis and bacterial infection has been studied. At half of patients with genital trichomoniasis the mixed Trichomonas vaginalis and bacterial infection with characteristic structure both pathogenic, and conditionally pathogenic activators was revealed. Was established the value of laboratory research of bacterial microflora of a reproductive path at patients with genital trichomoniasis for duly correction of treatment and the prevention of development of complications of disease. Was reseived the data about ultrastructure of Trichomonas vaginalis and their interaction with microorganisms. At patients resistant trichomoniasis has changed revealed forms of Trichomonas vaginalis. Ability of Trichomonas vaginalis to fix on the surface has revealed and to absorb microbic cells which can be in the middle of fagosoms as one of factors pathogenesis.
