The created technological scheme provides the obtaining of reproducible characteristics of the grown spectrometric crystals. Completed is the development of the technological process for the growth of ZnSe:Cr2+ crystals with the optimum content of Cr. This technology allows the obtaining of active elements for IR- lasers working in continuous and pulsed mode with an efficiency of 66% and 70%, respectively. Investigated for the first time are the optical and laser characteristics of ZnMgSe;Cr2+ crystals.
