The complex examination included evaluation of scientific and technical level of the project, examination of metrology and standards, examination of terminology and juridical examination of the project. Taking into account correspondence of requirements of project with requirements of standard EN 12201-3:2002 (quality of conformance - modified (MOD)) and standard EN 12201-5:2002 and EN 12201-1:2002 (quality of conformance - nonequivalent (NEQ)) an expertise for determination of conformity was carried out. As a result of the complex examination the expert's report concerning conformity of the project of National standard of Ukraine with current Ukrainian normative documents and rules of law was given.
