Different methods of bioceramics synthesis and treatment have been analysed and tested and ways of their associations in composite nanostructured biomaterials with adjustable biological properties were developed. The application of the developed biocomposites as bone plastic materials for bone tissue restoration in the lost elements of bones were tested with experimental animals, and also influence of the implanted biocomposites on parameters of immune and blood systems of the animals as well as morphological characteristics of the new bone have been investigated. Clinical experience of application of the developed biocomposites has confirmed their high efficiency at treatment even the big and complex defects of bones thanks to what, for example, term of postoperative stay ofpatients in hospital was twice decresed.
