It was shown that the activator of cAMP-phosphodiesterase, calmodulin, could be a target protein for "core" 2-5A which, due to the increase of calmodulin affinity, activate its binding to calcium. Computer modelling provided the structures of complexes. It has been established that natural "core" 2-5A3 and particularly its epoxy-analog stimulate twice the proliferation of bone marrow cells of mice in vitro, and accelerate almost twice the migration of bone marrow stem cells upon syngenic transplantation and demonstrate anti-inflammatory activity. Oligoadenylates were found to have an anti-hypertensive activity. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
