On the first level the task comes to the investigation of the phase space fractal structure giving defect distribution for the unstable crystal state. Collective behavior of the defects resulting in the new structure level is shown on a mesoscopic scale. Thereafter, on a macroscopic scale a statistical description of the defects hierarchical ensemble is presented. Evolution of the defect structure with optional number of the structure levels is described with regard for the hierarchical connection. A new parameter of the structure characteristic, complexity, defining disorder measure of the statistical ensemble of the crystal structure defects was described.
