Basic tasks a project: 1.Розробка conceptions of construction of the systems of studies and control of new generation. 2.Дослідження criteria of efficiency of functioning of the systems. 3.Розробка methods and facilities of selection of kernel of the systems. 4.Розробка but research of facilities and mechanisms of adaptation of the systems is to the internal and external terms of application. 5.Дослідження bases of intellectual Internettechnologies for studies and control of knowledges. 6.Розробка facilities and mechanisms which allow to extend the systems. For realization of the put aims grounded and the dynamic adaptive system of the controlled from distance studies, which has the appearance of model of "студент-індивідуалізований" and "automated teacher, is developed". Such teacher is built afterprinciples of work of "living" man-teacher. This construction foresees both difficult co-operations into the system and difficult structure, each of its components. The intellectual educational system is offered by us foresees the presence of such components: 1. A student co-operates with the educational system through the interactive module. It foresees possibility of socializing with the system by a human language and intuitional clear commands. 2. In the process of co-operating of student with the system, a student model changes, growing into more perfect which more exactly answers possibilities and necessities of student and maximally exactly represents the picture of the mastered knowledges and purchased skills. The model of student allows спрогнозувати the conduct of student and his motivation to the studies. Z. Domen-ekspert allows the educational system to function in the mode of expert (that to carry out control after studies). Upon him a function depends comprehensively estimations of process of studies, quality of knowledges, progress, and others like that. 4. For the account of individual features of students on mastering and perception of knowledges the specialized block which got the name machine of intensification of process of studies is used. 5. The module of studies of the system is responsible for the process of change of the educational module. This process takes place exceptionally under act of co-operating with a student (that individually to every student), closely co-operating with a domain-expert.
