In basis of the real research comparative experimentally-morphological and clinical and morfological research of changes is fixed in the hollow organs of gastroenteric highway, what be going on after application physical methods of dissection and coagulations of fabrics with the use of different types of energy (electric and ultrasonic), and also influence of these methods on a flow and end of reparative processes in the operating field. Possibilities and features of influence were studied on fabric of the followings options: - electrosurgical vehicles: "EN-57I", "Efa-0201", Russia; Karl Storz, Germany; - ultrasonic surgical setting of "Harmonic scalpel Ultracision",Ethicon Endo Surgery, the USA.
