A research object is the modern digital measuring systems and their software. A purpose of work is development of experimental example of hardwarily-programmatic complex for automation and computerization of the experimental measurings. Research methods are an analysis of modern technologies in the proper area, creation of experimental devices, software and their complexes. Basic results and their novelty: 1.The optimum modern electronic components are choosed for development of the measurings systems; 2.The experimental device of the modules of hardware part of the system (microprocessor and co-ordinate modules); 3.A number of devices is created on the base of the system (management, measuring device of diagrams of orientation of UHF range, measuring device of frequency and voltage, a disinfectant device); 4.Software is developed for the personal computer and microcontroller module; 5.Software for creation of digital filters and proper demonstration programs is developed; 6.In practice possibility of creation of the accessible hardwarily-programmatic measurings systems and devices of high quality is confirmed with a prime price within the limits of 30-100 hryvnyas. The got results of SRW confirm expedience of application of modern microprocessor technique for creation of the measurings systems which are used for the leadthrough of fundamental scientific researches. First in KhNU of V.N. Karazina is created hardwarily-programmatic system, suitable for introduction in the wide circle of applications both in scientific laboratory practice and in an educational process for measurings in physical, medical, chemical experiments etc. Manufacturing application of the got SRW results in the reconstruction of out-of-date measuring equipment will let to renew the park of measurings devices and create modern difficult "intellectual" measurings devices and systems.
