Methodological basis is: dialectical method, analysis of the systems, fundamental positions of general economic theory, agrarian economics and AIC, ecology economic. Such fundamental methods were used: system structural analysis, abstractly logical, statistical, groupings, comparative, balance, econometric. Statistical basis of research is materials of the State committee of statistics of Ukr., Min. of agro politic of Ukr., data of the current accounting of enterprises and government of the probed region. Appeared in job performances: workings out in detail and optimization of component complete charges, and determinations of optimum financial activity of agricultural enterprises.
