Based on computing exsperiment of probe motion in microfluidic channell the influence of technological parameters on an output analytical signal was determined. Optimization and control of laser ablation method allowed forming reproducible microstructures in PMMA, which was successfully used for fabrication of microfluidic devices and chips. On this basis a new approach was been offered for microstructures-channels for capillary electrophoresis creation with controlled dimensions. The technology of ECL transducer based on microfluidic device with nanodimension films creation was developed using Lengmuir-Blodgett (LB), electrochemical and electrochemiluminescent methods.
