I. Mechnikov Odessa National University popup.description2 There were developed and improved phasemodulated-speckle interferometry methods (ESPI). The work is fundamentally different from other work in this direction in next points: the reference beam had speckle structure, phase and frequency modulations of it were used, which made it possible to determine not only the changes, but the very phase structure of object beams. On this basis the following methods were developed: determining of the semiconductor lasers' irradiation characteristics, complex forms objects three-dimensional profiles evaluation, determining of the eyes' cornea and sclera elastic characteristics, determining of the spatial and temporal modulation refraction index of transparent mechanical and biological objects. On this basis the models of microscope to study the phase structure of biological objects and device to phase transitions studying in medias with strong hydrogen bonds were built. The method of displacements determining in the nanometers diapason using volumetric holograms optical elements was developed. On this base model of seismograph and devices to determine the parameters of fumes and aerosols was built, 3 patents were obtained. There were described the behavior of vortex beams, as a result of diffraction on the hologram with a built-in phase singularity. A series of new results on character of "ripple" change were obtained which suggested to facilitate the alignment of optical systems Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
