The purpose of work -to work out new and to modify some modern technologies of the growing of the various planting material, to protect them from harmful insects, exciters of illnesses and use in renewal, forestry cultivation and restoration in different of cenosis of Poles'ya and North Forest-steppe of Ukraine. Methods of research - a mian method of the field researches, methods of study of forest cultures, methods of soil analyses and methods of variation of statistics. Results of the carried out researches - it is discovered that the use of mycelial cultures of mycorise mushrooms stimulated the sprouting of seeds, and survival seedlings.Results are got on growing of pine-tree ordinary with application of preparation of Aktara 25 WG in different concentrations. The system of measures of fight against a root sponge and barrel wreckers of pine-tree ordinary and complex system of defence and making healthy of forest biocenoses is resulted.
