The results of the research were implemented in draft laws introducing systemic amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, in particular during the work of the National Constitutional Council headed by the President of Ukraine, in the concepts of judicial reform and relevant draft laws prepared by the National Commission for the Strengthening of Democracy and the Rule of Law, the results were also used in the activities of the Association of Judges of Ukraine, Laboratory of Legislative Initiatives, Centre for Political an Legal Reform and other professional institutions and organizations.
