Appropriate rolling schedule was developed. On the one hand this schedule increases quantity of austenite crystal lattice nanostructural defects and theirs stability during hot deformation; on the other hand it fixes requested structural state by means of lowering finishing temperature till precipitation start of proeutectoid ferrite at intercritical temperature region. On the basis of conducted experiments it is proposed to include in the State Standard "Steel Constructions" (ДБН "Сталеві конструкції") the lowcarbon lowalloyed steels as 10G2FB of strength grade S490 (C490) with the compulsory requirement of necking determination in the thickness direction z, %.
