Description of processes of structural education in thin-films is very important in connection with development of nanotechnologies. Our going near classification of elements of structure of films of La2O3-La-C is based on information, got the methods of AFM, TEM, SEM, about the size of structural components from 0,1 нм to 10 нм. A literary review about the modern state of technology of receipt of the combined thin-films was conducted. The structure of germanium and stibium in the noncrystalline states was considered. The methods of research of thin composition coverages the methods of raster, trasmission electronic microscopy and atomic-force microscopy were developed. Method of receipt and determination of thickness of the got thin-films of oxides a thermal vacuum besieging on "VUP-5", which allows to get objects of thin-films of oxides with the high reproduced properties and method of determination of crystallography parameters of structure of composition materials by a trasmission electronic microscopy for research of coarse-fine, phase composition of transitional areas and layers of powders of difficult composition were developed also. Modeling of besieging of thin-films a thermal vacuum method were conducted. Standard terms of determination of La...Ba, Cu and alkaline elements by the method of atomic-absorption spectrophotometry were presented. The standards of pellicle composition materials on the basis of CuO-BaO-La2O3 were got. Dependences of morphology of centers of besieging from the size of grains of oxides from La2O3 were set. Conformities to the law of influence of size effects and possible mechanisms of influence of mask on the process of forming of coverage were set also.
