The object for investigation - thermoelectric microgenerators with catalytic heat sources based on organic fuel and microgenerators using diurnal ambient temperature changes. The purpose of the work is creation of scientific fundamentals - theory and technology - of thermoelectric microgenerators to provide versatile electronic and other equipment with ecologically pure long-term electric power sources that outperform chemical sources. To achieve the purpose, use was made of mathematical physics methods, computer methods for design and optimization of thermoelectric systems, physics and chemical methods - atomic-absorption and chromatographic analysis. Based on the feasibility study, the rational areas for use of organic-fueled microgenerators and basic requirements to thermoelectric microgenerators were determined. Mathematical description of physical models of low-power generators was performed, computer methods were used to determine rational microgenerator circuits, optimal thermal, temperature and hydrodynamic characteristics, to provide their efficiency increase by a factor of 1,5 against the existing analogs of microgenerators. Computer design of three microgenerator variants was performed. Theory of thermoelectric microgenerators was created. Normalized series of microgenerators of electric power from 1.5 mW to 1 W was manufactured. Full cycle of experimental research on low-power thermoelectric generators was made. Technique for manufacturing microthermopiles of single-crystalline and extruded material based on Bi2Te3 was elaborated to achieve maximum efficiency for temperature difference deltaТ=10K and deltaТ=200K. THERMOELECTRIC MICROGENERATOR, CATALYTIC HEAT SOURCE, THERMOELECTRIC MICROTHERMOPILE, FUEL, STORAGE BATTERY. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
