Methods: orthopedic, anthropometric, questionnaire, ultrasound and dual energy X-ray absorbtiometry, estimation of sexual hormones levels in serum. Results. At the experimental study it was proven that orchectomy results the reliable decline of the mineral density (on 13.8%) and mineral content (on 11.9%) of bone in all skeleton in male rats of reproductive age. The above-mentioned allows using of the orchectomy as an experimental model of osteoporosis in men. At the clinical study the features of bone loss were studied in men depending on age, anthropometric descriptions, the basic risk factors of development the systemic osteoporosis, role of androgen deficient, connection was explored between the level of androgens, anthropometric descriptions, indexes the state of bone and paradontum, features of the structural-functional state and expressed of pain syndrome. It was proven by the results of the conducted research, that basic factors in men, which influence on the bone state, were age, low testosterone level and its fractions, anthropometric body parameters. Decreasing the testosterone levels below 12 mmol/l in men results the worsening the state of bone in all skeleton departments. Correlation connection was estimate between the level of testosterone in the serum and age, state of paradontum, expressed of vertebral pain syndrome. With age the percents of men with violation of the bone state are increase. Use of alendronate sodium in a complex with calcemin during 9 months in men with changes the structurally-functional state of bone results in the improvement of bone state at lumbar spine (on 6.8%) and hip (on 4.4%) and stabilization the processes of bone loss in other skeleton department.
