The purpose of development is to provide the mining enterprises of Ukraine with the МРШ.1 high-speed methane-relay for mining machines, on which it is mounted. The methane-relay is used for automatic control of methane content in the mine workings atmosphere, signaling about reaching the set values of volume-part concentration of methane and generating the signal of switching off the power supply of the equipment, on which it is mounted. The methane-relay is designed for use in coal mines, mining enterprises including the ones dangerous in gas-and-dust explosions. As a result of the scientific, research and design works the requests for proposal (RFP), the design documentation have been developed; the prototypes of the high-speed methane-relay have been made; the preliminary tests, the prototypeўs sparkproofness test, the state acceptance tests, production tests have been conducted; the design documentation has been adjusted, the recommendation to implement the batch production of the МРШ.1 high-speed methane-relay has been received.
