Karazin popup.description2 The objects of the investigations - the mono- and polycrystals of the frustrated ferromagnetic oxides with the magnetoplumbite structure and the monocrystals of the metal-organic compounds with the hydrogen bonds. The methods of the investigations - high sensitive magnetometers; electronic paramagnetic resonance; Raman scattering. The aim of the researches is a studying of the types and the mechanisms of the phase diagrams formation of the space-nonhomogeneous frustrated magnetic and electric systems. For the first time on the concentration phase diagram in the reentrant region (?s ? 0) the new line Tf(x) < T1(x) < TC(x) of the I - type phase transitions of the order - disorder type has been found except the phase transitions TC(x) and Tf(x) lines. The study of the energy spectrum and the resonance EPR transitions of the metal-organic compound CENI with cluster magnetic structure formed by hydrogen bonds has been performed for the first time. The dominant role of the hydrogen bonds in the formation ofthe complex magnetic structures of the metal-organic compounds was established. According to the investigation results obtained it has been concluded that the hydrogen bond between CH2 groups in the crystal is very light.
