Key problems in this field were detected and their possible solutions outlined. A number of regulatory documents were drafted aimed at technical and informational facilitation of cultural institutions, in particular: methodical recommendations for training of film projecting operators, sertification requirements for film service, requirements for tendering application forms in public cultural sector; requirements for and technical equipment for film/video theaters, proposals on custom tariffs on culture-related and leisure-related imports, other sectoral standarts for the cultural sector.
