The Essence and conception of Geoinformational mapping are considered; the suggestions on Government Program "Preparation to edition and edition of the National atlas of Ukraine (NAU)" development, updating of NAU informative database and creation the NAU GIS-version on its base are proposed. The approaches to forming of National infrastructure of geospatial data are worked out. Possible organizations for introduction can be Ukrgeodezkartografiya and state Committee on informatisation.
