Object-matter of the work is research of texture influence of the intermetallic TiAl ingot after the electron-beam melting and floating-zone refining on flats structure formation Research techniques: x-ray test of determination of phase composition and texture; technique " " for research temper of the first kind; hydrostatic weighing technique for determination of density; dynamic and static technique of modulus of elasticity determination; technique of determination of small hardness by Vickers. At first found anisotropy of resilient and strength properties of titanium aluminide. At first found influencing of electron-beam melting and next zone melting on texture and phase composition of titanium aluminide alloying by niobium and chromium. At first found distribution locked-up stresses at crystallite (crystal grain) of titanium aluminide depending on their orientation in standard. It is determined that: 1. Structure of the Ti alloy - 49,5 at%, Al - 47,0 at%, Nb - 2,0 at%, O - 0,02 at%, N - 0,06 at% (alloy №1) and the Ti alloy - 46,5 at%, Al - 35,0 at%, Nb - 12,5 at%, Zr - 3,0 at% (alloy №3) before and after melting is polycrystalline with the develop texture. 2. Melting sharpens texture, multiplies maintenance of l phase at the alloy №1 and results in the origin of the NbAlTi phase at the alloy №3. 3. Elastic and strength properties of basic material of alloy №3 are substantially anisotropic (38% and 20 % - coefficients of anisotropy of elastic and strength properties accordingly). 4. Both alloys collapse in the fragile way at the room temperature. Strength properties are higher at the room temperature for the alloy №1. 5. At the crystallites (crystal grain) alloys, that are explored, before and after melting exists stress distribution of the first kind, which stretch part of crystal grain, and compress part of crystal grain. Guidelines: 1. Take into consideration anisotropy of mechanical properties and crystallographic texture at technique development for improvement service characters of titanium aluminide. 2. Corroborate technique of receipt titanium aluminide that develop at E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute by long-range annealing at high temperature Product Description popup.authors Жуковський В.
