Developed: method of scientific researches of biotechnological processes of food productions as complicated control objects; control scenarios of biotechnological food production processes; bases of knowledge for the intellectual control systems of resource-saving biotechnological processes; control algorithms of biotechnological food productions processes on the basis of polyagent scenario-cognition models; necessary software of created control systems of food productions biotechnological processes; structures of control systems with the use of the newest computer technologies. Scenario research of situations with control of food productions biotechnological processes was conducted with the purpose of determination of perspective ways of their development concerning the most rapid achievement of the special states - the search of effective strategies of biotechnological process control. Base of intellectual knowledges of biotechnological control system processes was developed on the basis of polyagent technologies and scenario-cognition models. Quantitative, ordinal and qualitative features of data domain (biotechnological objects of food productions) were determined by toolkit DATA MINING. The situation analysis of data domain that was conducted, allowed to set the list of facts and situations which are complied with the concerned fragments of biotechnological process control scenarios with fixing of all possible alternatives of making decisions about control. The saving control algorithms development of biotechnological food productions processes was conducted as the so-called inverse task. Structure synthesis of biotechnological control system processes was conducted in the framework of the corporate informative systems. The algorithmic and programming support of the resource-saving systems of biotechnological processes control was developed with the use of polyagent technologies. Recommendations about implementation of scientific development in industry with the proper scientific and technical support was developed.
