Goal: to elaborate the unified approaches for the improvement of providing of pregnant women, who were born and live in radioactive contaminated regions, with essential nutrients. Methods of researches: hygienic, biochemical, statistical, clinical, mathematical, spectral-dynamical. As a result of researches it was determinate that the biggest deficiency in the food rations of investigated women were deficiency of such vitamins as D and A, middle - the deficiency of vitamins B2 and B1, light deficiency - C, B6, E and such microelements as Ca, Fe, K, Mg, P. Using the defective of composition food rations may cause the considerable wide spreading of vitamin and microelements deficiencies (in winter-spring and summer-autumn periods) among the investigated women. The most wide spread were the deficiency of vitamins B9, C, E, beta-carotene, B1, D, A and deficiency of microelements as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron and iodine. As a result the unified approach for the improvement of providing of pregnant women with essential nutrients was elaborated, it foresees the joint using of computer program "DanKost-2" for the calculation of chemical composition of food rations, spectral-dynamical method for the definition of organism providing with vitamins and minerals and mathematical models for fixing the nutrient quantity in food rations. In the work we recommend the full of value rations and weekly menu for women of first and second half of pregnancy, they include the most accessible food products for the population of contaminated regions.
