Coercive force, residual induction, hardness and thermal conductivity are the informative parameters for monitoring the yield strength and tensile strength. The technical proposal for information-measuring system (IMS) of strength characteristics determination and technique (draft SOU) was developed, as well as IMS block diagram of a modular type. An experimental setup for determination of steel's PMC and software for its work, as well as the draft regulation (control technology), which regulates the control operations to determine the strength characteristics of long-term operation metalwork's materials was developed. The industrial testing of the developed method and IIS at Novopskov LPDMG and Scientific-production firm "Zond" (Ivano-Frankivsk) was carried out. The technical project on technical means for determining the strength characteristics was developed and feasibility study was carried out.
