New scientific and applied bases of energy saving environmentally safety technologies, providing the increasing degree of extraction of hydrocarbon deposits and current selections of oil, gas and condensate and productivity trunk and gas industry in mudslide dangerous areas and sea crossings. Criteria for the method and technology choice of initial disclosure of the productive layers during drilling are formulated; composition and compounding of non-clay starch-potassium solution for high-quality disclosure formation and circulation systems scheme for drilling wells at the balance of pressures are developed; structure of multicomponent system with multifunctional properties to increase oil separation of heterogeneous layers in flood conditions is developed; peculiarities are described and problems of oil and gas development final stage are allocated, and directions to solve them are justified; composition of working solution and technologies of their application to displace residual oil from the flooded formations are developed, involvement into development the oil from undrained places of the field, where the water has escaped, oil wellhead zones processing; complex inhibitors against hydrating, equipment corrosion, salification and fluids accumulation at the well head during gas and gas-condensate well maintenance are developed; method of oil extraction from stagnant zones by influencing on them with elastic vibrations from various source are developed; draft projects on tools layouts and techniques of surfactant choice for intensification processes of oil production are designed. Calculation methods of underground and underwater pipelines in difficult geotechnical conditions are developed. In particular, the following methods are improved: evaluation of the stress condition for the kinematic parameters of the pipeline damage foundations, stress-strain state assessment of the underwater pipeline eroded area; residual life assessment of pipelines including transported products pulse pressure and local corrosion defects. New methods for corrosion factor and elastic-plastic deformations impact evaluation at the strength of pipelines are introduced, taking into account the low-temperature corrosion creep, deformation effects in the pipelines laying and the work environment impact on the strength of pipelines A study of space-time prediction of landslide processes and description of the algorithm is given, the creation of the database for specific areas of the Carpathian region as a basis for further prediction of shear hazard is started.
