The object of research is an analysis of foreign economic activity of Zaporizhzhya region, its investment attractiveness, influence of eurointegration processes on forming of favourable innovative-investment climate in the region and external economic strategy of development. Experience of EU countries in common regional policy has been analysed. The features of economic development and foreign economic activity of regions of Ukraine and Zaporizhzhya region, in particular, have been determined. Recommendations on priority directions of innovative-investment development of Zaporozhia region in realization of European integration strategy of Ukraine have been developed on results of the work.
