Semenenko Institute of Geochemistry, mineralogy and Ore Formation popup.description2 Ore gabbroids of anarthosite-rapakivi granite plutons of the Ukrainian Shield have formed as late intrusions and are cutting concerning to main type of rocks in anarthosite-rapakivi granite plutons (anarthosites, norites). The melts from which those ore bearing intrusions have been formed are derived from initial basic magmas. They are enriched in Ti and P comparatively to basic rocks of these plutons. As development of chamber crystallization differentiation the little layered intrusion with cumulative ores of Ti and P have been formed. At that apatite have been concentrated in middle part of layered series where as ilmenite in lower part of these series and have been accompanied apatite too. Apatite-ilmenite deposits are spatially separated but can occur within the same pluton. Apatite bearing (with titanium) gabbroids have been formed from more alkaline (subalkaline) melt, final differentiates of which are syenitic composition. For different apatite-ilmenite and essentially ilmenite deposits the initial melts could various. For apatite bearing gabbroids it was subalkaline basalt enriched in P and for essential Ti - jotunite type. Apatite-ilmenite deposits from anarthosite-rapakivi granite plutons in the Ukrainian Shield different essentially from know foreign analogues by many peculiarities of mineral composition. It is censed by deeper erosional shearing of Ukrainian deposits. Apatite-ilmenite deposits related to anarthosite-rapakivi granite plutons of the Ukrainian Shield are also characterized by some regional distinctions that can be explained by different level of their erosional shearing. For more eroded ore bearing gabbroids such peculiarities are characteristic: increased or very high enrichment in iron of dark coloured minerals (pyroxenes, olivines); decreased basicity of plagioclase (up to andesine); decreasing hematite minal in ilmenite by increasing concentration of Nb, Ta, Zr, Hf, and decreasing V, Cr as well as increasing REE in apatite etc. Product Description popup.authors Гуравський Тарас Григорович Дубина Олександр Володимирович Томурко Людмила леонідівна popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
