Methods of study is an investigation of knowledge in implementation of present-day mixes and binding materials in the purpose to modify bitumen and asphalted concretes that found a current use in Ukraine these last years. The analysis of experimental investigations on bitumen and asphalted concretes, which modified with modern mixes and binders, also the fulfilment of supplementary tests and study if needed. The developed "Classifying Reference Book" will serve the informative database and offers to the economists and production managers to prefer the best-adapted modifiers for a certain kind of motor road and its faultless operation.
