NIR: 18 with., 25 references Research object -127 patients with obstructive diseases of ureters.The purpose of research carried out by us is increase of efficiency treatment of patients with obstructive diseases of ureters by development of indications, a choice of optimum known and new methods of operative intervention in view of specified aetiology and pathogenesis obstructive diseases of ureters. Methods of research: laboratory, bacteriological, radiological, ultrasonic, endoscopic, Doppler study, CT-scan and MRI. Results: It is proved, that extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL) for calculi which have caused obstruction of ureters, is effective minimally invasive method of decomposition of stones with the subsequent clearance of calculus and restoration of outflow of urine from the blocked kidney. It is established, that carrying out before and after ESWL a rate of complex pathogenetic medicated therapy of patients of ureteropyelocalicoectazi and preoperative percutaneous nephrostomy of patients with hydronephrosis is effective way of preparation of ureters to independent clearance of stones fragments.
