It was found that gomonal research profile, MRI and scintigraphy data is valid basis for surgical diagnosis of pituitary corticotropinomas as well as for managing of complex treatment planing including surgical resection and radiotherapy if needed. Using of differentiated methods of complex dignostics and combined treatment of pituitary corticotropinomas opened up the possibility to improve the results of treatment, to posses their full reabilitation and social reabilitation.
