Bogomolets Medical University popup.description2 Report about scientific work: 140 p., 13 pic., 38 tabl., 182 references Object of research: mechanisms of formation of secondary immunodeficiencies at patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD), atopic dermatitis (AD), children with caries of a teeth both accompanying general pathology and patients with asthma. The aim of research - on the basis of studying of indicators of system and local immunity and level of inflammatory and antiinflammatory interleukins to definite mechanisms of occurrence of secondary immunodeficiencies at a general pathology and to develop their principles immunocorrection. Research methods - clinical, immunological, imunofermental, serological, immunofluoriscence, statistical. 1134 patients, including 611 children with caries of a teeth, 236 patients with asthma, 152 - COPD, 135 - AD and 806 healthy, comparable on age and a sex are observed . It is established that at all observed patients the clinical course of disease is characterised by presence of a secondary immunodeficiency (SID) which degree is caused by weight of a course of disease. The SID is shown by decrease in maintenance CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + lymphocytes, concentration of Ig G, A, M, SIgA, decrease of phagocyte activity of neutrophiles, increase of maintenance CD22+, CD25 +, CD95 + and HLA-DR + lymphocytes, high concentration of ІL-1beta , TNF - alfa , ІL-6, and at patients with asthma and COPD - ІL-4; the general IgE and pathogenic CIC. At children caries of a teeth develops against the SID which is characterised by similar changes in the immune status, and local immunodeficiency - decrease in concentration of SIgA and activity of phagocyte cells. The pathogenetic mechanism of development of ophthalmologic complications at patients with AD is infringement of a condition of local immunity of an eye - increase in concentration of IgE and decrease in maintenance of SIgA in tear. Level IgE in tear above 300 MO/ML is a risk factor of development of a cataract. Differential appointment at all patient immune drugs promotes elimination of infringements in system and local immunity. Product Description popup.authors Біденко Н.В. Бичкова Н.Г. Гавриш Т.І.
