Physical relations in case of a difficult tension of rod preliminary intense ferro-concrete element and elements without preliminary pressure with rectangular and T-shaped sections are received. The offered approach considers step-type behaviour of placing of armature and nonlinearity of properties of concrete and armature. The technique of definition of the compelled stresses is developed at change of an ambient temperature and subsidence of support in ferro-concrete not cutting span structures and racks of road bridges. Cracks, creep of concrete, and participation of a span structure in teamwork with piles and a ground lead to considerable redistribution (reduction) of internal stresses. The torsion moments arising in systems of cross beams, reduce bending moments by 10-15 %. The engineering technique of definition torsion rigidity of beams with normal cracks allows to receive results (deflections) which answer experimental. Results RW can be used in designing of building and reconstruction of ferro-concrete designs of span structures.
