Conducted study showed that hematocrit level of 27 can be consideredas the minimum accepted level for cardiac suretry patients in an early postoperative period . Algorhytm of blood sparing technology was elaboratedforpatients with cardiac surgery patology operated upon with the use of cardiopulmonary byppas. This permited to lower expengiture of packed erythrocyte mass 2,4 times, to decrease complications connected with the blood gases transportation function from 22% to 10%.
