The hypothesis is formulated what not always it is possible to improve effective technology of study of swimming in various age groups, both on structure, and under the contents with the help of a substantiation and development of continuity of intensive mastering by them by a theoretical and practical educational material promoting effective formation of sports - applied skills of swimming at training and perfection.
