Technology of their receiving by reaction sintering and hot pressing in magnetic field of solenoid was enhanced. Non-destructive method of quality monitoring of refractory compound starting powders were investigated. The method consisted in study of absorbing characteristics at the frequency 9.3 GHz using a short-circuit measurements of the cavity. Furnace crucible of developed materials as elements of indirect heating was designed and the proof for the sintering of oxide ceramics was carried out. The use of periodic absorbing structure, in comparison with the concentrated absorbing structure, increase the temperature of the sintering zone 1500 to 1750-1800 ° C. Porous elements of the indirect heating with AlON matrix have an efficiency of 15-25% more than with O'-SiAlON matrix. Porosity is a functional factor which increases the intensity of the energy-power processes at the boundary pore - solid body. Product Description popup.authors Ільченко В.І. Дерій А.І.
