Karazin popup.description2 The object of the investigation where: cytochrome C solution; liposomes; erythrocytes; mitochondria of liver; liver and pancreas homogenates. Aim of work - investigation of peculiarities effects of the low intensity laser irradiation of different wavelengths on structural and functional characteristics of biological objects. Methods of investigation: biophysical, biochemical, radiophysical, physicochemical, physical, chemical and mathematical. Biological effects of low intensity laser irradiation in red (632.8 nm), green (540 nm), submilimeters (70.5, µm) and ultraviolet (UF) (337.1 nm) ranges on the structural biomacromolecules, physical and chemical features of model membrane system, bioenergetic property of mitochondria, intensity apoptosis of liver and pancreas cells, acid hemolysis of erythrocytes were studied. The present results achieve of laser irradiation on the erythrocyte membranes state and erythrocytes placement in two-phase system and respiratory activity of rats liver cell mitochondria. It was proving that mitochondria liver cells with experimental diabetes mellitus responded on laser irradiation strongly then normal. This work significance is in the substantiation of the biological objects irradiation conditions for the purpose of regulation its station. KEY WORDS: IRRADIATION, LASER, MITOCHONDRIA, ERYTHROCYTES, LIPOSOMES, BIOMEMBRANS, CYTOCHROM C, APOPTOSIS. Conditions of reception of the report: under the contract.
