The results of experimental researches show that size of tunneling resistance of microcontactes Tb22Co5Fe73/Pr6O11/Tb19Co5Fe76 and Co80Fe20/Pr6O11/Co30Fe70 too much changes under action of the magnetic field. In the best microcontactes at T=300 K size of tunneling magnetoresistance TMR > 70% and at T=80 K TMR > 240% .
