As well it has been shown that the fibres of industrial fabric Ural-Т22 with no modifications are characterized with a manifested toxicity in respect to mesenchymal stromal cells (МSCs). There was revealed the ability of carbon materials to provide the adhesion to their own surface. The possibility of long-term culturing of MSCs in 3D carbon structures with preserving a high level of metabolic and proliferative activity of cells and the absence of manifested effects of carbon material on the karyotype of the MSCs to be cultured were demonstrated.
