Also the scientific and methodological support for that system was created. A choice of the models type was motivated. The economic, mathematical and system-dynamic modeling were made according to the economic statement of the problem. The stability and adequacy of the developed models were tested. The software were developed according to the economic statement of the problem and to the economic and mathematical models. The main results of the research are: 1) the scientific conception of budgetary and fiscal policy influence on the economy and the regional budgets of Ukraine was formed; 2) information and analytical system prototype was realized at the level of intelligent technologies.
