Protective and conductive properties of penetrating compositions on basis of two component alcohol solution of silicic acid ether, the solution with 20 % cyclohexanolphosphate and an epoxy composition with conductive filler were estimated. The complex coating with surface layer on basis of epoxy conductive composition has shown optimal characteristics. Experimental-industrial tests of combined protective coatings were carried out at MN "Druzhba" of OAO "Ukrtransnafta". It was established, that the combined coating provides effective corrosion protection for steel, does not change its own appearance and adhesion. It was recommended to apply the developed technology in enterprises of MN "Druzhba", OAO "Ukrtransnafta".
