Purpose of work - Purpose of project is development theoretical principles of management of environment quality, as methodology of system, ecological, economical estimation of the different factors of natural environment and human activity, in the context of steady development. Research methods: analysis of the systems and synthesis, cross-correlation and regressive analysis, statistical analysis. Methodology of management of environment quality and its component objects is developed, for example: methods ecological of audit, certification of quality of natural environment objects of ecological systems, territories of administrative districts and area. Conception of ecological certification of environment quality as integral methodology is developed on the base of which rationally to create legislatively normative documents, harmonize international standards, provide safety of users on questions of food quality and industrial products, to guarantee position of Constitution of Ukraine in relation to guaranteing safe environment to every citizen in the state.
