The purpose of work is investigation of regularity of generation and distributions of sound in the compound resilient liquid waveguides of a different nature, and also construction on their basis of physico-mathematical models of generation and distribution of sound in the circulatory and respirator systems of man. Research method - theoretical, experimental and numeral modeling with the use of apparatus of mathematical physics and computer engineering. The physical chart of multimode hydroacoustic radiator on the basis of cylindrical piezoelectric shell with the asymmetric insertions of different configurations is offered. The results of experimental researches of new electro-acoustic transformers (p'ezoceramichnogo bar microphone special microphonic to sensorou with an air-chamber and highly sensitive acselerometra bend-deformation type), developed in the Institute of hydromechanics of the NAS Ukraine. The method of analysis of characteristic of normal waves on the basis of selection of partial subsystems in a compound resilient liquid waveguide is developed. It is set, that if dispersion characteristic of normal waves of compound waveguide and partial subsystems coincide, their kinematics and power descriptions coincide also. Within the statistical approach the task of synthesis of adaptive algorithm of exposure and visualization of changes of informing acoustic descriptions of objects is considered. The results of experimental verification of efficiency of proposed statistician for the exposure of pathologies of respiratory apparatus of man are presented. It is shown, that the offered statisticians allow to perform differential diagnostics of such diseases, how pneumonia and bronchitis is. The theory of sound generation by the limited area of the disturbed flow in the endless direct waveguide of circular transversal section with hard wall is developed. On the basis of the developed theory the numeral-analytical method of solution of the linked tasks of sound generation by the flows in channels with local irregularity of geometry is created. The physical model of waveguide with two stenosis and checking rig for the study of noises and tonal sounds which are generated by a blast is developed. Experimental researches are conducted and got quantitative interconnection between the parameters of stenosis, flow speeds and spectrums of sounds generated by a stream. Physical interpretation of dynamic processes which arise up in interstenosis space is given. It is shown, that the origin of tonal sounds is autooscillations of environment. The results of research can be used for task solution of aero- and hydrodynamic acoustics, and also in biomedical acoustics and biomedical engineering.
