Subject of work is kinetic (constants of speed, ratio of reaction) and thermodynamic parameters (energy, enthalpy, entropy of activation) and conditions of obtaining oxygen-, nitrogen-containing derivatives and glycerine with use of such amines as diethanolamine, diethylenetriamine, monoethanolamine, ethylendiamine and compositions on its basis for usage in oil and gas, food, cosmetic and others branches with determination of proper physical and chemical properties. Object of work are reactions of amidation and alcoholysis of triglycerides of sunflower, rapeseed and soybean oils waxes with obtaining of oxygen- nitrogen-containing derivatives and glycerine. Methods of analysis are chemical, physical (IR-spectroscopy, GLC, TLC) physicochemical. Theoretical and practical results: ways of obtaining of oxygen- nitrogen-containing substances, its derivatives and glycerin are represent, direction of transformation and usage of oxygen- nitrogen-containing substances and such by-products as glycerin are shown. Kinetic of reaction of glycerin obtaining by reaction of alcoholysis and by interaction of acylglycerides of tropical, sunflower, rapeseed and soybean oils with some amines under different molar ratios of reagents, temperatures depends of time is studied. Constants of speed, rate of reaction are determined; thermodynamic parameters are estimated. Mathematical models of reactions are created; adsorptive ability of obtained products is estimated. Obtained products can be used as high effectiveness corrosion inhibitors in highly mineralized medias. Scientific novelty restricts that by determination of kinetic regularity and thermodynamic characteristics of chemical transformations under direct amidation of oil and fats raw material caught be obtained not only new oxygen- nitrogen-containing derivatives of fatty acids but also glycerin by simplified, less energy-charged(temperatures <50°C, pressure ~ 0.1MPa), competitive technologies, which allows to create new raw material base for obtaining range of organic products and improve effectiveness of oil and fats and oil and gas and other branches of industry. New adsorptive active formulation which used in oil and gas industry is developed and put into operation on basis of the obtained results.
