The purpose - development of new and improving of existing high quality sinusoidal output voltage converters and their control algorithms. Methods - theory of energy converters, method of analysis and synthesis of electrical circuits, Euler method, Fourier and Maclaurin series, recurrence equations, Z-transformation, mathematical and physical modeling methods. A structure of reserve source was designed, methods and algorithms of converter control improving electromagnetic compatibility with the supply mains and load were developed. The theoretical fundamentals of determination of parameters of output LC-filters of the voltage-source inverter was developed. Methodology of determination of PWM frequency and switching points of voltage-source inverter was created. A modified structure of control system of a DC voltage converter was designed. Computer model was created which allows studying of electromagnetic processes in a "converter-load" system. A laboratory model of reserve AC voltage source was created. Novelty - a contribution to theory of LC-filters characterization for autonomous voltage inverters which work on nonlinear load was made. A method of determination of pulse-weight modulation frequency was developed. A system structure and a control algorithm of DC voltage converter were improved. The results of the research were utilized at the state-run enterprise "Shevchenko Kharkiv instrument making plant", in an educational process of industrial and biomedical electronics department National Technical University "Kharkov Polytechnic Institute".
